Terms of Service for OptimalHR Mobile App

Please carefully review these Terms of Service ("Terms") before using the OptimalHR mobile application ("App") to access self-service features within the OptimalHR system ("System"). The App and the System, collectively referred to as the "Service", are provided by Digital Contents Creator Co., Ltd., a legal entity governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia and located at building 36 (10th floor), street 169, Sangkat Vealvong (12253), Khan 7 Makara (12250), Phnom Penh, Cambodia ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms regulate your usage of the App; hence, it is crucial to thoroughly familiarize yourself with them. By accessing or using the App, you agree to adhere to these Terms. If you do not consent to these Terms, please refrain from using the App.
Account Creation and Use
1. User Account Setup
Your user account within the OptimalHR System is automatically created when your employer or their designated HR personnel set up your employee profile. Your work email address, given name, and family name provided by your employer serve as the information used for your account setup. The work email address acts as your username for accessing the OptimalHR App.
2. Welcome Email and Initial Login
Once your user account is created, you will receive a welcome email at your provided work email address. This email contains your username (your work email address) and a temporary password for your initial login to the OptimalHR App.
3. Password Security
Upon your first login, you will be prompted to change the temporary password to a more secure one. This step is essential for maintaining the security of your account.
User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities
1. Account Security and Misuse
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and ensuring the security of your account. Unauthorized use or any misuse of your account should be reported immediately to your employer or HR personnel.
2. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to engage in any activities that violate the OptimalHR usage guidelines or misuse their account credentials for unauthorized access or unintended purposes.
Access and Profile Modifications
1. Profile Management
As an employee, you may have the ability to view, update, or modify certain information within the OptimalHR mobile application related to your employment profile. For assistance with accessing or modifying your personal information, please contact your employer or HR personnel.
Changes and Governing Law
1. Policy Updates
OptimalHR reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms within the App. Users will be notified of significant changes via in-app push notifications of the App.
2. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
